Includes HQ status-checking hours, trust cost from delayed customer responses, and month-end billing labor.

Challenge

The firm runs 20-30 sites concurrently. HQ chased status by phone and LINE. When customers asked "how's my site?", staff couldn't answer immediately—straining trust.

Approach

Built a simple "photo + one-line comment + status" posting flow site-by-site, designed to be usable by tradesmen. HQ sees every site's latest activity in a single timeline.

Implementation

Three taps from camera to post. Supabase Storage auto-handles photo uploads, and time-limited tokenized links let customers see their site's progress directly.

Results

Status-check calls and LINE messages dropped 85%. Customer inquiries are answered within an hour, strengthening trust. Month-end billing prep fell 60% since photos and progress already serve as billing evidence.

VOICE

Calls to the field dropped dramatically. When customers spring something on me, I just open the app and we're talking the same numbers.
